Description

Santander Financial City, located in Boadilla del Monte in Madrid, is the operational headquarters of Santander Bank. It is a building complex that covers an area of 160 hectares with offices, services and green areas designed by architect Kevin Roche. It has over 400,000 square meters buildings and more than 5,000 parking spaces. In addition to office buildings, the City includes, among other services, residential hotel, training center, nursery school, sports center and golf course. This leads to a complicated management facility due to the large number of infrastructure and devices that need to be operated and maintained.

The project also covers the organization, implementation and testing of the facilities as well as the implementation of energy saving measures with respect to the following systems: natural gas, medium voltage, low voltage, uninterruptible power supplies, generators, air conditioning, escalators, elevators, fire prevention system, emergency and general lighting, control system and SCADA operation, etc.
